29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  a) On or about January 28, 2026, at Tradeport Dr and SR 528 East Entrance Ramp:  the employer failed to report to OSHA within 24-hours of a work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee. The employer notified OSHA on February 12, 2026, of the in-patient hospitalization.
