29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  In the facility located at 177 Central St, Unit 3, Milford, MA: On or about February 13, 2026, employees performing maintenance and repair operations in the service bays were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Kimball Midwest Extreme Heavy Duty Cleaner, containing flammable propellants and irritants, and Car Quest Brake Parts Cleaner, containing tetrachloroethylene, and the employer had not developed or implemented a written Hazard Communication Program.

In the facility located at 177 Central St, Unit 3, Milford, MA: On or about February 13, 2026, employees performing maintenance and repair operations in the service bays were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Kimball Midwest Extreme Heavy Duty Cleaner, containing flammable propellants and irritants, and Car Quest Brake Parts Cleaner, containing tetrachloroethylene, and the employer did not maintain a chemical inventory identifying each hazardous chemical present at the workplace.
