29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:   a) Salad processing area - On or about February 18, 2026, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that training  regarding appropriate work practices and emergency procedures were provided to employees assigned to work in the wash line, near chlorine vapors generated during mixing and vegetable sanitizing operation.

29 CFR  1910.145(c)(2): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices:   a) Salad processing area - On or about February 18, 2026, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that employees performing salad processing operations were provided with the hazard alert signage for the presence of water accumulation from sanitation practices.
