29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):  Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  At the worksite located at 4447 State Highway B, Purdy, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught in hazards when replacing hydraulic hoses on a compact loader without the use of lockout/tag out procedures.  The employer did not develop and implement specific lockout/tag out procedures for the compact loader.
