29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. Warehouse: On or about February 25, 2026, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel was clear. The circuit breaker panel had several equipment obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
