OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards associated with inadequately maintained racking systems:  a) Julius Silvert Inc. is located at 231 E Luzerne St. Philadelphia 19124: Employees operated powered industrial trucks to load material from a damaged steel racking system with unbolted anchors and a bent column footing. The racking system was used to store food products on pallets exposing employees working near the damage racking system to crushing hazards from racking collapse and struck-by hazards from falling objects.  Conditions noted on or about February 25, 2026
