29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:  Facility - An in-patient hospitalization that occurred on February 18, 2026 as a result of a work place injury was not report to OSHA until March 2, 2026.  Knitwell Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1804674, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-01-2025, with respect to a workplace located at Loft #1201 Lake Woodland Drive (Loft #1407 The Woodlands Mall), The Woodlands, Texas 77380.
