29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a)Morris Construction Enterprises, Inc. dba Beck & Hofer Construction at 2050 North Leucadia Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to March 4, 2026, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting steel roof truss framing activities while standing and climbing on the mid rail of a scaffold platform located on the east interior of a commercial building. The employees were climbing on a scaffold platform railing which was raised more than 15 feet high by a JLG Aerial Lift, Model Number: 460SJ Serial number: 0300211029, to gain access to the top of a roof truss system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.  (b)Morris Construction Enterprises, Inc. dba Beck & Hofer Construction at 2050 North Leucadia Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to March 4, 2026, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while standing and climbing on the mid rail of a scaffold platform to gain access to the steel structure roof located on the south side of a commercial building. The employees were climbing on a scaffold platform railing which was raised more than 15 feet high by a JLG Aerial Lift, Model Number: 800AJ Serial number: 0300199547, to gain access to the roof. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
