Employees were exposed to hazardous substances, such as silica, when using Tex-Gray Cement Type S.

Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and was not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances:  a) On or about March 5, 2026, at the construction site, the employer did not provide non-alkaline soap for employees working with Tex-Gray Cement Type S, a corrosive.
