On or about March 11, 2026 during restaurant cooking operations in the kitchen area, light fixtures were seen with damaged conductors.

On or about March 11, 2026 during restaurant cooking operations in the kitchen area, light fixtures were seen with damaged conductors due to water leaking onto the light fixture.
