The employer must train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard, and each failure to train an employee may be considered a separate violation.  LOCATION: Chapman Pl. sidewalk abutting the Omni Parker House  On March 6th, 2026, and on days prior the employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface could support the maximum intended load for that surface. A driver making a delivery to the hotel fell approximately 20 feet down through deteriorated grating covering the void in the sidewalk.
