29 CFR  1926.605(b)(2): Employee(s) was/were not provided safe access (i.e., ramp or walkway) to or from the wharf, float, barge, or river towboat:  (a)  On the barge at the site, located at 4226 Palm Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, on or about 3/6/2026, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that employees were not provided safe access to and from a barge, as an approximately 12 foot long, 2.5 inch thick, six inch wide wooden beam was used to access the barge.
