29 CFR  1917.50(c)(1):  Each crane and derrick was not tested as a unit quadrennially and were not  examined annually and certificates of tests and examinations were not made readily available for inspection.  (a) On the dock, by door number 3,  on or about February 12, 2026, employees were exposed to injury in that the red Thern Hoist (#1) Model #4HBN5M-S2, Serial #4022-119148,  had not been subjected to quadrennial testing within the previous 4 years, examined within the past year, and did not have certificates of tests and examinations readily available for inspection.  (b)  On the dock, by door number 2,  on or about February 12, 2026 employees were exposed to injury in that the red Thern Hoist (#2) Model #4HBN5N-S2, Serial #4021-114719,  had not been subjected to quadrennial testing within the previous 4 years, examined within the past year, and did not have certificates of tests and examinations readily available for inspection.  (c)  On the dock, by door number 1,  on or about February 12, 2026, employees were exposed to injury in that the red Thern Hoist (#3) Model #4HBN5M-S2, Serial #4023-122088, had not been subjected to quadrennial testing within the previous 4 years, examined within the past year, and did not have certificates of tests and examinations readily available for inspection.
