29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  A.) Joy Cone Company DBA Joy Baking Group, On or about 3/14/26 and times prior thereto: while getting gloves and clearing scrap material, personnel were exposed to amputation and crush injuries created by a moving parts that were inadequately guarded inside the CC6 Jacket Machine. Moving parts include but are not limited rollers.   An employee sustained a right index finger amputation when their finger went in the unguarded section and was contacted by a roller.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
