29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): No employer shall permit an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, unless the employee is protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means.  a. On or about March 17, 2025 and times prior located at 825 Tech Center Drive, Gahanna, Ohio, 43230: The employer did not ensure that their employees were protected from energized electrical circuits. Employees were tasked with installing lockout/tagout devices within live 120/208-volt electrical panels. The panels had open breaker spaces, which exposed live busbars, presenting an electric shock hazard to the employees.
