29 CFR  1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  Entire Facility:  On or about April 08, 2026, the fire extinguishers available throughout the facility had not been inspected annually to ensure they were serviceable.  Notice #2, Item #1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure the fire extinguishers through out the facility had received their required annual certifications and were serviceable. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and same hazard on 02/08/2024, Inspection #1727553, 08/08/2024 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
