29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) - One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  Location - Production Area  On or about 04/08/2026, employees were exposed to moving parts and associated injuries while working with and around Sarmasik Conical Dough Rounders, a L & M Manufacturing Co. LTD. Conveyor System, a Koenig Rex Futura Roll Machine and an Auxpama ConLinAqua bread scorer/slicer.
