29 CFR 1910.180(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not adequately consider additional factors such as free suspended loads, track, wind or ground conditions in modifying crane capacity as described in paragraph ( c )( 1 )( i ).  Location:43 Chittenden Lane, Norwell MA 02061  On or about April 14, 2026, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when proper evaluation of ground conditions were not completed to ensure the ground could support the load of a truck mounted crane in tree felling operations resulting in the crane tipping over.
