29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:  81 Campanelli Dr, Uxbridge, MA: On and before April 16, 2026, the employer did not inspect walking-working surfaces in and around the storage rack systems to ensure they were maintained in a safe condition and that employees were not exposed to crushed by and struck by injuries while working around and operating powered industrial trucks near and under damaged upright frames and beams of the storage rack systems.
