29 CFR  1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner:  a) On or about 04/06/2026, at the hallway area of the site, Buffalo, NY. Employee, on a mobile scaffold sanding drywall panel, did not lock the scaffold wheels to prevent accidental scaffold movement. Employee was exposed to fall of 30 inches.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
