29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.) Milo Miller DBA Milo Miller 113 N Martin St., Titusville, PA 16354: On or about 05/05/2026 and at times prior thereto, Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 11-feet to ground level while performing roof work operations on the Acorn Acres Floral Design roof with a 7:12 pitch. Employees were were not utilizing any fall protection systems.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation.  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.

Milo Miller DBA Milo Miller 113 N Martin St., Titusville, PA 16354: On or about 05/05/2026 and at times prior thereto, Employees were exposed to hazards associated with a missing guard on the Metabo 4.5-inch grinder with cutoff wheel. Employees were using the grinder to cut pieces for the ridge cap.
