29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:   a) On May 20, 2026, employees were using a stairway to access the roof of the structure from the ground to perform carpentry work. All three levels of stairways were not equipped with a stair rail system on the unprotected side.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
