1926.20(b)(2)  The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  Location: Central Ave. Milton, MA  On May 29th, 2026, employees were exposed to falls up to 24 feet to the ground while siding a residential structure where fall protection was not utilized.  Instances a) Dormer roof  b) Porch Roof c) Roof Jack in front of dormer The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were protected from falls.
