29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system  a) On or about 05/28/2026, at a residential roofing project located at 2768 Buffalo Rd in Rochester NY ; employees were installing roofing material on a low-slope section of roof at the front and rear of the building. Employees were not utilizing fall protection when exposed to a fall of 10 feet to the ground below.   NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
