Employee was tending to psychiatric patient in emergency room. Patient became combative and pushed employee to the floor. The employee stuck out arm while falling to the floor and broke wrist. The employee was admitted to the hospital on January 24th, 2015. The employee had surgery on January 25th, 2015. The employee was released from the hospital on January 26th, 2015.
