Final narrative
Employee sustained crushing foot and knee injuries when a 4' x 6' steel semi-truck loading dock plate fell on top of the employee. The event required hospitalization of employee who is currently undergoing knee surgery and estimates are he will be in the hospital for two to four days.

An employee was lowering the wheels on a tractor-trailer when the crank started to spin and struck him in the head. He suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.
On May 10, 2017, at 7:30 a.m., an employee was using a hand crank to dolly up a trailer when the employee's hand slipped off the crank, which then swung around and struck the employee's right eye. The employee suffered right eye trauma.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
