An employee was adjusting the forks on a forklift when a fork detached from the forklift. The employee jumped out of the way but fell on the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with a broken hip.
An employee had his hand on a screen printer while another employee was performing a calibration. The machine went to park and caught the employee's left thumb. The left thumb was amputated from the nail forward.
An employee sustained an injury to his left pinky finger as he was polishing a coil with a CNC lathe. The door safety interlocks were disengaged allowing the employee to polish parts of the coil as the machine was running.
