Final narrative
Worker had just picked up a load of chemicals for the supplier and he was removing the wheel chocks from the trucks wheels. He had removed the first set of wheel chocks and moved to the second set. As he pulled them free from the wheels, he tripped over the first set he had pulled. He fell to the ground and landed on the second set of chocks. He broke his hip and possibly injured his back.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was working to lower casting benches from the second floor to the first floor. The process involved several chain falls and a forklift. The employee was sitting over top of the floor opening when the bench rocked, causing him to lose balance and slide from the bench. He caught himself before falling to the floor below.
