An employee was starting up a pump and a hose was not secured. As the employee tried to control the hose, he lost his balance and fell at the same level, hitting his head on the concrete.
On January 31, 2023, an employee was holding one end of the bracket (used on a military vehicle) with his left hand while drilling on the other end of the bracket. The bracket swung to the left and struck his thumb, causing an amputation without bone loss.
