Final narrative
On 02/20/2015, at approximately 9:00 am, employee was walking to building 103 when he slipped on ice and dislocated his left ankle. He was transported by Huntington Ingalls' emergency medical unit to Riverside Regional Medical Center and admitted.
An employee was using a crescent wrench and a one-half inch die nut to remove a sharp burr and metal shards from a stud. The employee's hand slipped off the wrench, slid down, and struck the stud, lacerating the left palm. The employee required surgery.
An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.
