On 2/26/2015, an employee was using a ladder to change a light bulb. The employee fell from the ladder and was knocked unconscious. The employee was hospitalized because of the injuries sustained in the fall.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
