Employee was hospitalized after the circular saw he was using slipped and cut his left thigh.
An employee was rigging a storage container with chains to be moved by a front-end loader. The loader moved while the employee was attaching the chain. The employee's left hand became caught in the chain resulting in amputation of the ring finger and half of the little finger.
