On March 10, 2015, two employees were stocking new cabinets on the shelf using a forklift. One of the employees stepped back and tripped over one of the forks. He fell back and hit his head on a steel beam. He was admitted to the hospital with head trauma.
An employee was adjusting a cart containing a bunk of siding. He was pulling the banding holding the bunk together when the banding snapped, causing him to lose balance and fall backward striking his head on the floor. The employee sustained a concussion and lost consciousness.
An employee was watering plants in the garden area and tripped and fell over a water hose. The employee was hospitalized with a broken pelvis and stitches in the elbow.
An employee was walking to the cash register when she stepped behind a customer, tripped over a display, and fell to the ground, possibly fracturing her wrist.
