An employee fell off a step ladder while throwing trash into a compactor resulting in a broken left ankle.
An employee was adjusting a cart containing a bunk of siding. He was pulling the banding holding the bunk together when the banding snapped, causing him to lose balance and fall backward striking his head on the floor. The employee sustained a concussion and lost consciousness.
An employee was watering plants in the garden area and tripped and fell over a water hose. The employee was hospitalized with a broken pelvis and stitches in the elbow.
