On March 30, 2015, at approximately 3:05 PM, an employee that was directing plant operations climbed on a moving railcar. The employee got crushed between the ladder of the railcar and the bollard and was hospitalized with severe hip injuries.
An employee was operating a forklift and unloading a truck. After the truck was unloaded, the employee got off the forklift and proceeded to adjust the dock plate with a hook tool.
