Two employees were putting a tractor tire on a rim when the inner tubing ruptured, causing the tire to blow and shoot up approximately 15 feet. The tire struck the two employees on the way up. Both employees were hospitalized. One employee sustained a broken right arm and facial lacerations. The other employee sustained multiple fractures in the face and lacerations.

An employee was using an air compressor on a multi-wheel tire when the flange and the tire burst, causing the wheel's lock ring to strike the employee in the face. He sustained a laceration and facial fractures.
