An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.

An employee removed a safety valve on a trailer that unknowingly contained nitrogen gas. The gas released from the trailer and pushed the employee backward off a scaffold approximately 10 feet before they struck a garage door, resulting in a pelvic injury.

An employee was sitting at her workstation when a nail gun malfunctioned and shot a nail into her left leg. She suffered a puncture and blood vessel injury and was hospitalized.

On November 25, 2023, an employee was using a high-pressured water hose to perform sewer line cleaning operations. The employee's right little finger and palm were lacerated by pressurized water from the hose.

An employee was hydroblasting when they slipped and the pressurized water stream lacerated their left ankle.

An employee was working on flooring tile, which required several continuous hours of kneeling. The next morning, he noticed fluid and swelling on the right knee. When he knelt to perform work tasks, he felt an immediate sharp, burning pain. The employee was hospitalized with an infection.

An employee was using a circular saw to cut rafters when their hand contacted the blade, resulting in amputations to their left ring and index fingertips.

The injured employee was inside a scissor lift. The scissor lift operator turned the lift to the left and crushed the injured employee's right hand between the wall and the lift. The injured employee sustained a right hand fracture.

An employee was replacing a light on the outside of a building when they fell from a 10-foot ladder to the pavement below, resulting in a head injury.

An employee was operating a forklift to move material. They slipped on the step while descending from the forklift and fell to the ground, fracturing their tibia. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.

An employee assisted in cleaning material from a conveyor pit. After the pit was cleaned, the employee proceeded to replace metal safety plates to ensure other employees did not fall into the pit. While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.

An employee was inspecting a breaker box and turning on/off a circuit breaker when he was electrocuted.

An employee was walking on the sidewalk. When they stepped off the curb, they fell to the ground, resulting in fractures to their tibia, fibula, and a metatarsal.
