An employee was riding a horse when it tripped. The employee fell off the horse, and his left foot was caught in the stirrup. He suffered a broken ankle and was hospitalized.
An employee was using a rope to move a sick cow out of a pen. The cow suddenly moved and the employee's fingers were caught between the rope and a saddle horn. His right index, middle, ring, and little fingers were amputated.
