An employee was lowering material from the first floor to the basement using a hoist. He put his left hand on the wire rope to position the load as he lowered it. His pinky finger got caught between the wire rope and the hoist.

An employee was on the first tier of a scaffold when they fell through/under the cross bracing. The employee fell approximately 6 feet to the cement ground and was hospitalized with fractures to their collarbone and ribs.

An employee and coworkers were setting up the small mortar mixer on a concrete masonry unit to allow the mortar to be poured into a wheelbarrow. As he was lifting the mixer, it moved forward, causing him to lose his grip. It slipped out of his hand and pinched his fingers between the top of the concrete masonry unit and the bottom of the back of the mixer, amputating his right index fingertip.

On November 9, 2023, an employee was removing plywood from the west face of a basement level buck hoist to prepare to dismantle one of the cabs. When the employee pulled on the plywood, it fell and pulled a rope that partially amputated the employee's thumb.
