An employee got his hand caught in-between a metal auger blade and the metal frame of the auger while in the process of breaking it down for sanitation. The tip of his left hand middle finger was amputated.
Two employees were pushing a lawn mower into a utility truck. The injured employee placed their hand at the left side of the lawn mower deck when they were struck by a blade. The employee's left middle and ring finger were lacerated.
