On 5/22/2015 the injured worker tripped over rebar lying on a pallet and fell breaking his leg above the ankle. The break required surgery to repair.
An employee was installing a light box while standing on a 2x6 board over a 15-foot tall opening when the board snapped, causing them to fall to the ground. The employee sustained ligament damage to their ankle.
