An employee tripped over a box that was next to her desk. She was hospitalized and underwent surgery for a fractured elbow.
An employee was sitting on a four-legged chair in the break room. When she stood up from the chair, her foot became caught under one of the chair's legs and she tripped, falling to the ground on her right side. She was hospitalized with a fractured right hip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was taking boxes out to a dumpster when she tripped on a stick on the pavement and fell onto her right side. The employee suffered a fractured right hip and a sprain to the right wrist and was hospitalized.
