He landed in the conveyor line and was then bumped by the rail-guided vehicle, causing him to strike an angle iron that was a part of a stationary conveyor. His stomach was crushed and the employee sustained a laceration to the abdomen.

An employee was troubleshooting a hydraulic piston on the wheels of a semi-trailer dump truck. The piston released and caused the trailer to move, crushing the employee's leg. The employee sustained fractures and contusions.

An employee was working on the attachment securing mechanism of a skid steer when their hand was caught by the mechanism. The employee was hospitalized with fractures and lacerations to three fingers on the left hand.
