Final narrative
An employee was injured while troubleshooting a stacker machine. He fell and his left hand entered the press cavity on an 800-ton press, injuring the third and fourth fingers on his right hand.
On 4/1/2015, at 4:20 PM, an employee was injured when a coworker operating a PIT contacted the employee's left ankle. The employee sustained micro-fractures and swelling of the ankle, requiring overnight hospitalization.
