An employee was installing solar panels from a ladder when the ladder strap broke, causing the employee to fall to the ground and sustain a right eye laceration and an L2 compression fracture.
An employee had finished installing a solar panel system at a residence. He removed the anchors from the roof and threw the rope to the ground. The force exerted caused the employee to lose their balance and slip on the roof. They rolled down the peak of the roof and fell roughly 20 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a concussion, C5/C6 disc herniation, and cervical neck strain.
