An employee lost a fingertip in a stationary bone saw blade.
An employee was lining up holes to place a bolt on an auger. His finger was caught between the auger drive shaft and the auger screw resulting in an amputation injury.
An employee was skinning and pushing meat with their hands when the meat skinner amputated the employee's left pinky finger. A hook was not used at the time of the incident.
