On March 4, 2025, an employee was reaching for a piece of debris on the new repair line paint area, when his shirt strings became caught in a roller. His right little finger was caught in the chain of a conveyor and partially amputated.

An employee was clearing a jam in a pallet nailing machine when their middle finger was caught between a runner and the metal stop of the machine. The employee sustained a finger amputation.

An employee was cleaning up after servicing a machine between the machine's infeed rollers and a guard rail. A forklift was placing a load of pallets on the infeed rollers when the bottom pallet caught the lip of the line, causing the rest of the wooden pallets to fall off the forklift's forks. The pallets pinned the injured employee against the equipment and broke his pelvis.

An employee was loading a wood board into a feeder. The employee's finger was caught between the material and a stop plate, and the employee suffered an amputation to the finger.

An employee was walking down the off ramp from a box truck, carrying a door for delivery. A strong wind caught the door, causing the employee to lose balance and fall about 2 to 3 feet to the ground. He landed on his back and suffered a broken vertebra.

An employee was helping two forklift operators move and inventory flat sheet metal that was staged on racks. The metal fell off one side and struck the employee's arms and abdomen. The employee sustained a laceration above the left eye, a left forearm injury, and a ruptured spleen. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
