An employee was on a cat walk operating an ADL boom loader crane. The truck part of the crane started moving forward. The employee got out of the operator's seat and jumped off of the cat walk onto the truck bed, fracturing his right leg.
An employee was crossing over a sorting belt and jumped down onto the catwalk next to the belt. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture and dislocation.
