Final narrative
An employee was working near a shelter that was being assembled, walking on a catwalk. The employee walked onto a section where the catwalk had not yet been fully assembled and fell approximately 5 feet, fracturing the top of his left femur.
An employee was walking to their car at the end of their shift. The employee slipped and fell on black ice in the parking lot and sustained a broken left hip.
An employee was using a two-step step stool to stock product on shelves. The stool collapsed and the employee fell to the ground sustaining a fractured femur.
