The employee sustained the amputation of their ring finger and amputation of the middle finger including both knuckles.

An employee was bringing in a split bearing when his finger was caught between the bearing and the eye bolt that was holding the bearing. The employee's fingertip was amputated.

On December 1, 2022, an employee was in the process of taking down a damaged overhead garage door frame, when the door frame fell on their arm, resulting in a fracture requiring hospitalization.
